Farrimond House is a children home in the Nottingham area which can care for up to five children and young people. Farrimond House specialises in providing care to children and young people who have experienced significant placement and family relationship breakdown, these young people often suffer from attachment disorders and struggle to regulate their own emotions, leading to attempts to self-medicate, resulting in substance misuse issues.

Farrimond House is managed by Holly Stringfellow. Holly has worked with children for the last 7 years and gained experience from a variety of sectors including immigration, schools and residential homes. Holly has worked in residential homes since 2015 and has worked her way up from a Support Worker to a Home Manager. Alongside her experience Holly has studied to achieve several qualifications, including two level five qualifications (Advanced Practice in Work with Children & Families and Leadership & Management in a Residential Home) as well as a degree in Working with Children & Young People. Holly has a passion for providing a nurturing environment for our young people with a therapeutic informed approach to gain the best possible outcomes.
