“I’ve been in Homes2Inspire care homes for 2 years now. During my time here I’ve been Go-Karting, York Dungeons, Haffron Lodge in Wales, Alton Towers and many more. The staff, including the manager, are very supportive and caring and always push you to your very best, they make sure you don’t give up and give me good advice. They make sure you’re well looked after and they have supported me in the past with my education. I have made good friends with one of the young people that used to live here. All of my other placements have given up on me but this care home has never given up on me. Some of the staff team I see as my family as they have helped me out a lot.”

Kadri Millistver has worked in children’s homes for over 7 years and joined Homes2Inspire in January 2014.

Kadri has worked her way up through the organisation as a Support Worker, Senior Support Worker and Deputy Manager before becoming a Registered Home Manager.

Kadri has also gained experience as a volunteer for charities such as ChildLine and the Princes’s Trust.

Kadri has a QCF level 3 in Children and Young People in Social Care, QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management as well as degree in Youth Studies.

Kadri is very passionate about ensuring children at Addison achieve the best outcomes by using firm and fair boundaries. Kadri has an in-depth knowledge of Addison House and the needs of the children living there.
