Salmons House
Salmons House is a 5-bed semi-detached Children’s home located on a main road in the rural village of Middleton Cheney in Banbury. The home has three floors consisting of a newly painted and decorated lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom and carpets. The location of the home is situated near several schools in the local area, GP surgery, dentist and many more essential services.
The house offers accommodation to five young people both male and female who have their own spacious bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe and storage space. The rooms have window restrictors on them so that the windows cannot be opened too wide for the safety of the young people. The bedroom doors have their own lock and keys for the privacy of the young people. We also have a nice garden with a barbecue area and a games room which can be accessed through the garden.
At Salmons house, we have a diverse, caring, passionate, responsible, reliable and experience staff who treats all the young people with dignity and respect while making sure that everyone is looked after according to their individual needs and aspirations in other to help them in their transition to independent living, supporting all the young people by given advice and guidance to make an informed decision and finding solution to their problems in other to take care of their welfare, health, and well-being so that they can go back to their families, education, apprenticeship or employment and to live a normal and fulfilled life.
At Salmons House, the team provide a wide range of indoor and outdoor leisure, sporting and cultural activities which are suitable and age appropriate in accordance to the preferences of the young person like swimming, Bowling, cinema etc. We also have a variety of other things like board games, arts, crafts, snooker table and DVD’s.

Jessica Robinson has worked for Homes2Inspire for 6 years starting as a Support Worker and worked her way up towards becoming the Registered Home Manager at Salmons House. She has gained her QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Children and Young People and is currently working towards QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management. Whilst working for Homes2Inspire Jessica has undertaken various training opportunities that enhance her knowledge and abilities to fulfil her role.
