Danetree House opened in 2018, registered to provide care for looked after children with complex behaviours using the PACE parenting approach, aged between 10yrs – 18yrs of age of mixed gender. The home is 2 bedroom detached property situated in Daventry, a short walk from Daventry Country Park and the local town. 

 

The home is located in a community that offers good local amenities, including a doctor’s surgery, chemist, news-agents and a local bus service. There is a country park, playing fields, fishing and local walks within a short walk from the home.

 

Danetree House has a friendly and welcoming staff team who enjoy arranging and participating in outings and promoting family time. We are a diverse team and promote aged appropriate individual care.

The home is managed by Aaron Charles-Chambers, Aaron is dual Manager of Franklin and Danetree House. Aaron has over 10 years’ experience of working with young people in a number of residential settings including a Secure Training Centre where he worked his way up to successfully obtaining & completing a 6-month Duty Operations Manager Secondment.

Aaron’s qualifications include NVQ 3 Children and Young People, BSC Level 2 Award in Supervising staff, , Certificate of Achievement in Obsessive -Compulsive Disorder, Certificate in Female Genital Mutilation, CCTV operator Qualification, Certificate in Video Planned Removals, Aaron is in the progress of completing a QCF L5 Residential Management plus lots of training around , Attachment theory, Trauma, Loss and mental health.

Aaron is committed to working with children and young people promoting positive outcomes for their future.

Aaron prides himself in his culture and is focused on being “The Change He Wants to See” as a young Black Male Professional and a beacon of positivity, dedication and a role model for all young people of colour following the BLM movement.
